Description

Meyrick Park, Bournemouth, 10 minutes on foot from my house. The Bournemouth to Weymouth rail line is on the right and the Golf Course on the left. Looking West. I have walked here for the last 64 years, and the trees have got quite a bit taller! Do you see the waymarker? The 'cross country' path circumnavigates the entire park: watch out for testosterone-fuelled bad tempers..... A slightly wider angle view Here

Great capture, looks like a great path for walking a jogging... maybe guys of around 20 stone sweating their string vests off as a leaner and meaner chap in his 20's glides by in some designer track-suite with his iPod earphones on. :-)

Beautiful and serene. Looks like some of the trails in Northern California.

Yes, as Dana says the FlickR image is better, but both are very good. I understand what you mean, now that we have lots of snow the frenetic skiers are now out having conniptions about us peons who might dare to tread on their precious cross country ski tracks...spare me!

Testosterone-fuelled bad tempers.....I love it. I do downhill mountain biking regularly and I know just what you mean! The moment I slow down for a moment, there will invariably be someone who will pass me at 100 mph with a testosterone-fuelled bad temper too!!!
