Description

"Tower 3, we are doing a flyby of your position" I have modeled a Processing Tower for the Sci Fi Facebook group's current contest's Grand Prize. Here is a link if you are interested in entering. The model is a single tower with mountain and terrain meshes for those who want to have it terrain based. This is currently a Vue 9 and above model of approx 850 ft from base to spire. Here's the link for further information..... https://www.facebook.com/groups/485698128109822/ My promo composition shows a field of towers floating over the planets surface with a flyby using my MS13 Recon Speedster, which is available in Vue format, and as a Poser model here on my Renderosity Store under London224. In fact it is part of a bundle currently for those interested in the relating Cyron Chamber and Search Helmet.. During the holidays I will convert this model into a Poser asset for Poser 9 and above. Thanks Bill....I want to work toward moving away from the 3D modeling look. There will be those who do not like all the post work and want render only. I think about you every time a do a flyby scene. Hope this looks real to you : )

Alain..... I'm still pushing what I can get out of this old 2006 4 core MacPro. was thinking of picking up a used 8 core..but Shirley now wants me to wait until summer and get one of the new 2013 MacPro's... can't argue with the wife..isn't it terrific. I'm already dreaming of the compositions I will be able to do then. This morning I upgraded to Modo 7.01 and Poser 2014... back to the books I think to learn.
