Haven't posted a photographer in quite a spell.
Captured 8/11/13, at the annual auto show staged yearly in our community. Didn't have to walk far for this one.
Created this in order to deviate from my current subject matter, and to prove that blonds do have more fun. Obviously, this young lady is a class act. And, yes, I was a paparazzo on this go around. Jocko500, a long time proponent of people photography, should like this.

terrific candids of a photographer, Harry, real slice of life stuff. Your shots of photographers at work always capture the strange absorption that photographers have, the fun of how they look to the outside world, the obliviousness they have to everything else (Denise's question and your reply), and the contortions they get themselves into while taking pictures. I include myself in that, of course. (I don't even want to think about what I look like with a camera in my hand.) And somehow the way she wears her clothes is much like artists I've known over the years, incl myself: the jeans look a little long, you can see them through her shirt (last shot), she's got a whole slew of stuff coming out of one pocket (on a chain), she's wearing flip flops---which is pretty bold for someone on their feet all day---and she's shooting god-knows-what---probably a detail on one headlight, or a bent portion of a grill. A nice and fun collection; and the top shots show her in conjunction with a guy behind the banner, who looks like he's had his share of beers in his life! And all that, with the words "Sons of Soul"...a fun and always informative group. (By "informative" I mean revealing people at work and what they look like, what they do.) (Man, we don't get auto shows---I rarely see them in the city proper, at least. SCal must have a good share of them by comparison.) A perceptive and, as always, fun montage.
