Description
This is Jim. He lives somewhere in my neighborhood, I think in the bamboo thicket about 3 blocks from me. He comes out mainly at night and stands just off the curb in the road. Just stands there for hours I guess. I often wonder what is Jim thinking? Maybe he knows something the rest of us don't.
