well, i really don't know the deal with you and noir leaving or any of it really, though i think i may have caught a comment of yours on one of her pieces. you know what, preston? don't call it art if you don't want to. but learn to pick your battles, cause nobody wants to hear what the better man has to say. don't people know how to ignore? or maybe apologize and go their seperate ways on renderosity? how is renderosity ever going to be about constructive criticism and sharing if the people that believe in that leave?

just a small hint ive seen some of your comments around and well something like this ( o god@d2bd ) is maybe why you have ppl on your back but as you say is here for art so why make comments like this ??

I' m agree with dimension7. Keep on fightin' and believe in what u believe. Make art only for makin' art. If there' s only 1 that can appreciate your work...well it' s was worth it.

get over it...people are always going to on your back one way or another...people are always going to be there to shit down on you...it's one of the not so great basics of life and living it...constructive criticism is how you take it...you don't have to please everybody...in cases like these you've only got to please yourself and if somebody else likes it then that even better...i know there's plenty of people that like your images...what else matters...but if your just going to stop sharing because a few people are knockin on your work...then take it as it is...as a fuckin opinion...that's all a comment will ever be...sometime in praise and sometimes in dislike...no matter which way it goes...you should keep going...as if none of those where there...and keep learning as you've done in the past...learn from the comments and throw them out when your done with them...the world is full of close-minded people...don't get labeled along with thier believes and forget why you started showwing everybody your work in the first place...i almost did once...but not any more...i think it was because somebody told me something like this...and back then i wasn't even as good as you.............................so you wanna know what you did to make people leave...well maybe you whe better than them, maybe it was your comments, maybe they weren't getting the comments that they use to because your better, or maybe just because you showwed up in the picture and took some of thier crowd....who fuckin cares!!...this isn't a TV drama...this is a fuckin web site.........what i'm trying to say is don't leave because of other people...if you leave then leave because you don't want to show your emotions anymore.....(your friend....:patrick:).....

First of all, I have to comment on the image which is quite beautiful....Now, you and I do very different kinds of work, but I always look through your work, and don't know how to respond. Secondly, I get hate mail, nasty comments, private messages that would make people cringe, and a long time ago I realized that if I am that willing to put my soul out for display, then I have to suffer the consequences, or simply stop posting. I doubt all objectivity is lost, and Renderosity is thriving. If you leave, look at it as yourself bowing down in the face of adversity. Stand up, dust yourself off, and keep posting. You are developing yourself in a public arena, and part of that development is not just as an artist or graphic designer. This is just simply beautiful in color, and design.

Like Patrick said, this is only a fucking web site. Ok, one of the best websites in whole internet, but still, only s i t e . Smallminded comments here are only text, mostly written by smallminded pertsons, or in your case, persons you have pissed of. You are no angel with your comments, in fact, some of your comments have been just those smallminded ones. So, its not a surprise to get similiar responses.
BUT, you are very talented, that I must agree. You have win recognition from all of us, even from bigdaddy v13. I, and I bet many of us, dont guite understand deeper meaning of your works, but damn fine pieces they are still.
If you want to leave, do so, give up, you will not be remembered after few months.

When you enter into any place where artists judge artists there will always be conflict... If you rate yourself upon what others think then you have lost half the battle of learning, you will only grow and expand by taking the good and just plain out ignoring the bad. If someone doesnt like what I do I can care less about their opinion. I in no way am going to let it affect me for that would only show weekness. Art is something much deeper then most people can even begin to understand, you can either take from it and gain something or waste your time and get nothing out. Art should not be made just for the sake of making it, showing off, to add another piece to your gallery cause someone else might be getting ahead of you, or for any other selfish reason.... To those of you that make it for those reasons you are not artists, and to the rest that know what emotion is you have a gift no matter what anyone else says hold on to it..... ok so I wrote a book hehe...... I'm glad to see you did NOT stop posting artwork. later on in one of your pieces you said something like "i love being me" i totally see what you mean and feel it. i think people with dark oppressive imaginations that incessantly bombard them with shit have it tougher than others in a lot of ways, but i wouldn't trade my inspiration for the world. art is voice, and weak minded people can get or miss the point, fuck em it doesn't matter... the fact is, if they look at is, even once, they are changed forever, they can hate or love it, but the fact that they have SEEN it will never go away. keep on, your stuff kicks ass
