Ooh, beautiful photo, nice capture of those wonderful reflections and colors. I used to play one of those back when I was in school, I miss how beautiful they look like this, makes me remember some wonderful times. Lovely!

A wonderful picture of my favourite brass instrument. Michael Ppaff, who used to play horn for the BSO, famously missed his 10 bar slot in some piece whilst doing the Ximenes crossword. They had driven to Exeter and that was all he had to play that day!

This brings back a time mercifully long gone! I had planned on starting out on the flute, but fell in love with the French horn and decided that would be my instrument. I was the world's worst French horn player, so I put it away and took up the flute after all, at which I excelled! Played properly, the French horn has the most beautiful sound. So mellow. A lovely shot!
