Do you know NORAD Tracks Santa (http://www.noradsanta.org)? This organization tracks Santa Claus and has done it since 1955. Meshbox is a corporate contributor to this project. This year, I made the official desktop wallpaper for it. This is a preview image of the "HD" sized version found on NORAD's SkyDrive - https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=881F4E589F6AC859 The character is Meshbox Design's Toon Santa Classic. Using Poser 10 and PoserFusion, imported this into Shade 3D ver 14 Professional, where I did some retexturing, set up the scene and sky (easily done with Shade's real sky tool), and then rendered. Shade's PoserFusion implementation is really nice because you have a lot of access to sub-objects, plus if you want to create props, you can export OBJ groupings fairly easily. I let it render, then slipped it into a frame we came up with. The logo is the official logo of NORAD Tracks Santa, used by permission. You are free to download the large version.
