-- INCIDENT REPORT #201312221639 -- INCIDENT TYPE: Public nuisance; Wasting police time LOCATION: Aquamarine Tower, Central Business Precinct REPORTING OFFICERS: #55687 Rochelle Severn and #36564 Rachael Sabatowski At 16:39H, we were notified of an as yet unnamed French national scaling the Aquamarine Tower, who did not seek the prior permission of city authorities. We were immediately granted access to the top floor of the building, and despite technical problems with the elevator system, we were able to reach the rooftop and apprehend the suspect when he finished his climb. On closer inspection, he did not carry any ropes or safety equipment. The suspect was cooperative and is not known to pose a physical threat to the public, but exhibited highly eager behaviour towards both of us.
