Description

As many of you may or may not remember, I moved to a mountain valley (though you in the west would call them hills). We had an evening snow so I ran half dressed to the barn loft to watch the sun rise over the freshly sugar coated mountains thus the image. I chose not to do a self portrait as who want's to look at old, wrinkled, beer bellied, Santa look alike.

Wonderful image! I think we all still see ourselves a bit younger and fitter than the mirror wants to show us. That's one of the great things about 3D.

Love that Kenny Loggins song....but personally, I'd like to see a representation of you. I think your avatar is cute. I agree with GrandmaT that we see ourselves as younger and better looking than we are.....otherwise how could we stand it....LOL

I enjoy looking at videos and pictures of the snow, but I sure don't miss it in person, having lived in the upper plains for the first 35 years of my life. Wonderful image and read here BTW! Merry Christmas!
