another view of better times. after the interstate highway took away the traffic on old Route 66 the town slowly became almost a ghost town

We have a road here in Michigan it happened to. We had Dixie Highway, which went all the way from Saginaw to Florida. It was an old Indian trail. Then I-75 came through and all the business died. Cool shot.
