Thought I'd try a monochromatic treatment on this one. I believe it worked fairly well. Please zoom for better details.

I like the monochrome look very much. Well done. Maybe some selective sharpening of some areas (eg his face) would work well too.

The details are very good and I like the composition too, I think mono was a good choice it gives the bird more impact
