Description
Five more out of 44 pics captured 12/10 & 12/11/13, of a teen center pergola style structure, situated at the same local park where I have snapped countless other shots.
A ZOOM would add to the viewing benefits.

Wow, what an extravaganza of little shadow shapes, almost mosaic-like. You must have been ecstatic to come upon this, Harry. Expertly captured from almost every conceivable angle, and each so full of the beauty of geometry!

with your son, I'll say that Denise said it best, and I almost want to let her words stand. But as Jackie Gleason used to say, "I have a biggggggggggggg mouuuuuuuutttttttttttthhhhhhhhh!!!" So I'll comment anyway, lol... You went all-out on these: These 5 are nearly blinding in their explosions of contrast and pattern. Powerful captures, each in their own right; and, as a group, they leave one breathless. Amazing power from such a day-to-day structure. The first and last are angled---the last being largely lights on unbroken wall and ground (it feels almost like a cave)---while the center 3 are head-on, looking 'down' the long corridor. Those three are dizzying in their rhythms and repetition, and create a stunning symphony. I think you just moved into the inner portico, in the 3d one (I think); and the 4th, you give us mostly 'ceiling'---I'm sure there's a proper name for that, but I don't know it at present. The effects of that shot are dazzling, evoking "op" art of the last century. I have to assume that, after postworking these, you had to get up and stretch your eyes to be sure you could still see. A powerful, giddy and striking pair of montages (this upload and number 1); and a fav for both. I was ill when I saw these, and believe me, I had to do one of those cartoon expressions----w-w-w-w-w-w-w-haaaaaaattttttt??????---when I saw it. I wished I had Daffy Duck's lisp, it would've been perfect. Beautiful work on these, Harry.
