Description

Captured 7/3/12, early morning, somewhere around the neighborhood. This is knot what I had intended to shoot that morning. ZOOM for better clarity and detail. Other than some brightening and contrast manipulation, no postwork was performed on the pictures. Happy New Year/Bonne Annee/Feliz Ano Nuevo

Wonderful swirling knots, Harry; while all the things that go into their making are the same, no two appear alike. It must be sort of like human fingerprints. Excellent captures all, and I'm fascinated by that radial cracking that they all seem to undergo.
