Description
With the day coming to a close, little Pabu is at wits end. This creature has been following her for the past 2 hours. Really her fault.
She came across what she thought were two strange, large rocks in the desert. As she approached them, she noticed that they were not rocks but animals. The larger one was clearly dead with large flies swarming around its body. But the smaller one, the baby, was alive and was acting quite desperate and obviously was very hungry. Pabu, with her kind heart, fed the "little" one some of her remaining food. This action, of course, was a big mistake. This baby now looked upon Pabu as his "mom," and as such has been following her, crying most of the way for more food. We now see them as Pabu gets closer to her village. She certainly hasn't the heart to shoot the baby, but, what is she going to do with him? Maybe her village will adopt him as a totem?
What do YOU think happened to him? Be wise in your decision :)
Thanks for dropping by and Happy New Year!

She will keep him for sure. An animal lover like you could have no other ending. I see a great future ahead of them. Looks like you are getting lots of snow. Stay safe.

The girl hid the animal, feeding it until it grew strong enough to feed itself and then trekked with it to it's natural grazing lands to the East. She visits him occasionally and brings him sweet grass and apples.

your solution to the problem is probably the best one so far and it very closely resembles what i would do with the critter...not too sure about the hiding part though :)

If that is the baby, it will grow to be huge and feeding it will be problematic. It might be wiser in the long run to use it as dinner rather than the village pet. Excellent scene and thought problem.

thanks for your interesting answer, wrong for me though...it is a vegetarian and wild grasses and other food stuffs for this critter would be no problem...probably feeding and caring the little guy and then returning him slowly to the wild would be the best answer...i would never kill an animal that i found as a baby, no matter how problematic it might be for a while;;;
