Description

We slow down under lightspeed and before us the andromeda nebula appeares. On the bridge in front of us our captain watches to the majestetic nebula. New coordinates are set by the navigation officer. Since some years I am fan of MarkHirst and his Lazloi story. Now I tried something similar (without poser) ... Rendering done with Vue 2014. Glas front and spaceship is modelled in C4D. The whole scene is light by the alpha plane of the nebula and the display proci light. The captain and the navigation officer is hand painted on photoplates with PS. Thanks for looking ... and dreaming.

Great start of a scene, but I'd expect a lot more items in a spaceship. Where are the fancey seats, control buttons, panels, displays and so on?

Thanks for the suggestion! I worked hard on the painting of the women in PS to fit them well into the render. I wanted to bring the picture to an end so I dropped all the displays and seats. Your suggestion will rest somewhere in my mind for the next scene ...
