Great capture. I'm sure there is a petition already building with signatures to have these chairs released in the name of the cold bums society, maybe with support from those members of the embossed wicker backside club. It could end up going all the way to no.10 where everyone is an arse. :-)

Gotta lock up those chairs, they can be very dangerous when out loose! What a wonderful find!

A splendid shot which also incorporates one of your famous padlocks! By the title this pic is a candidate for the January forum on the letter 'C'.

You have to cage them otherwise they will be everywhere they roam about and get themselves distressed and ...... ok they need to be caged to stop them from getting nicked !! LOL, great shot :)

If I had a beautiful set of chairs with wickerbasket material like these, I would lock them up too. And kudos for sneaking a padlock in there also.

Nice lines and textures. Can a chair look forlorn?

These are the bad chairs? What did they do that required them to be locked away? the SFRPOCTC must be notified immediately! and the PETC must be told as well! (Society For The Prevention of Cruelty To Chairs) (People for the Ethical Treatment of Chairs)

Well you know Andrea, sometimes these things just need to be corralled for their own safety. It seems I can always rely on you to have the best shots, and sometimes, like today, even get a laugh!

How funny! When we were in San Antonio a couple weeks ago, we were in the courtyard of an old and famous cathedral, with round metal tables and their accompanying chairs placed in convenient spots around the square. The city (or whoever) had run a cable around and through the chairs, locking them to the tables and making it nearly impossible to sit down. I have no idea why they thought that was necessary, but I thought of you immediately and grabbed a couple shots. I'll have to go find them and see what I got! :P
