Description
Greetings Folks,
No fanfare, just honest stuff now..
I've very few Renders of the quality and professionalism to rate among the good stuff that gets posted on Rendo.. Most of mine is very average.. Thus I don't post many..
Once in a distant blue moon one works! This was one!
Don't ask what clicked, it started as something totally different! It was meant as a daytime raid, but as you can see....
Anyway, Both Touchwoods He111 and Neil's are used here, the sky I photoshopped to death and made something it wasn't!
Used Poser Pro12..
I hope you like, I've about 5 other good ones.. But as I say, most are average..
Rob
P.S. NOTE that the Touchwood He111 I got was the Poser version that seems not to be available on here anymore? I have put the 3ds one for now.

Fine work and model Rob, excellent POV.

Very cool image mate . Just the right amount of gloominess makes this perfect for the subject matter. Just as a side not the Poser version of this HE 111 is still available at 'OnTarget3D' at a good price though why they 3ds version here is so expensive i've no idea.

Fantastic work on this truly amazing creation, Rob. I wish you would reconsider your position on posting your art, as I would be eager to see more of it. I think true art like so many things is in the eye of the creator, and it is up to the artists who view it to try and see their vision.

Brilliant!!... totally agree with everyone else.... this is excellent Rob, would make a great book cover, and as a piece of BOB art it is fantastic!!. the background is fantastic and perfectly conveys the feeling of a night raid over London. The framing and POV is perfect too! C'mon, post the other 5!!

You don't give yourself enough credit, mate! This is brilliant! I don't know if you've ever seen any of the Narnia movies, but in the first one (The Lion, Witch, and Wardrobe) the movie opens during the Battle of Britain, with a night attack on London. I believe the planes depicted were Heinkels. This scene very much reminds me of the scene in the movie. This is excellent, Rob! Keep 'em coming!
goodoleboy
I don't know, looks like a Heinkel HE from this end. Some of Goering's finest. Great rendering of this night time raid over the south coast of England during the early days of WWII, Rob.
