closed now for the second time. the last restaurant had good food at first, but later it was not the same quality

I love Mexican food!

Always disliked when a restaurant had good food and then closed only to reopen with sub quality items, had one about a block away from the house, that changed owners and sometimes names about every six months, never knew what to expect, sometimes the food was excellent and other times not too good.

Happens a lot, I think... The food & service is great at first, then they start cutting corners. Next thing you know, they're closed. Cool shot of the old place.
