Description

A crystal ball in front of my pinwheel which glows when I put blue gels over my lights. Double exposure...moved the vanes of the pinwheel between shots. Original was on slide film. Thank you so very much for looking, and for all of your comments.:)

Thank you, Myel. I have this child's pinwheel which I found out glows when I put blue gels over my lights. So I started playing around with it in different ways. A friend loaned me the crystal ball and I found that it magnifies anything placed behind it, so photos like this were the result. There are others in my gallery.

what fun to create experiments .. and have them work so wonderfully! it's almost like a fractal behind the crystal ball, wrapping around to the front! The whole effect definitely has the look of an eyeball .. and eyelashes!! most cool!
