Keep it up! You can do this! I've been smoke free for three years last month. I quit cold turkey after 30 years of damaging smoking. So glad I did quit! Food tastes better, your nose smells better. Everything is better! Congrats to you!

Volhouden Juliette, geen medelijden met jezelf krijgen of doorzichtige smoezen verzinnen. Zo is het mij ook gelukt, een kleine 50 jaar terug, en Will al sinds ruim 10 jaar, zonder pleisters, acupunctuur of wat dan ook!

Congrats, Juliette! I'm so happy for you! I'd quit for years until Hurricane Katrina. After that experience, it was either cigarettes or a crack pipe..lol. (Kidding!) I recently had spine surgery last spring, and quit for good before undergoing that. You can do this! Hugs! :)
