a wonderful and touching portrait .. i do love the portraits that include the dogs on the job. they seem to enjoy their work so very much. too bad most of us humans can't say the same.

How startling to see them both looking directly at you! Your portraits from "the home" are generally more introspective. This shot (as well as the other one) make me aware of YOU as well as your subjects. The random men are all a bit more ... well ... blank, I suppose. Neutral. (That's better than blank, certainly!) Mac has such a presence, and somehow Fritz is looking at you as well. Just fantastic!

Two mature gents just passing some time together. Two wonderful heart warming images although with Fritz being such a chow-hound I would have expected something like "Fritz and Mac and Cheese".
