Description
I saw some old houses last weekend and I shot this thought the window. glass was broken out of it. Anyway I like it.

Great capture. Old derelict houses are always a great subject if you can get safe access to them. It's interesting to wonder who lived there and how long ago it was last occupied, must have been many years ago judging by this shot.

I took on a job several years ago and the plaster walls had many cracks. I told the owner that it would be better to remove the plaster and replace with sheet rock. well, there was not one window or door with headers. when a inspector came around for some electrical and or plumbing he seen the lack of headers and told the owner that all would have to have since the walls were exposed. then I had to make headers for every window and door before we could hang drywall. good I was charging by the hour. I had 5-6 men working on the job this capture of yours reminded me of that job and how much debris there was from the old plaster

that not a mattress . it plaster that fall down off the ceiling

Cool shot thru the window. I thought at first you were going to show the inside of a beautiful mansion, with its massive fireplace, but this is a whole lot interesting, Jock. What a mess. Nothing left but to raze the entire structure.
