Description

I have always had a fascination for the arches of this bridge, possibly because there is a tow-path that protrudes out a way into the river that lets you walk beneath them (see the railings in the foreground). At the time of this photo, the tow-path is about 1 foot (.33M) under water but the arches look quite good with the flood water rushing through. Also, I couldn't resist that little arc of pigeons sitting on the ledge on the other side. :-) ------------------------------------------ Original Photograph 9 Jan 2014
