Description

This wasn't what I expected to be my next upload on here, but my muse seems to have dissapeared on me. So the couple of ideas that I do have for images will have to wait until the inspiration takes me. As a way of keeping my creativity going I bought one of the Geek@play tuts over at C3D, and made my own version of it. If nothing else it gave me a way to make use of the Rocky Mountains I've been kicking around since discovering the tut for them. I think some of the giant reeds are poking through the rocks, but I couldn't be arsed getting rid of them. Anyway, if anybody happens to see my muse, be sure to tell her to step into my office... 'cause she's ****ing fired! :) Big thanks to Tablesaw here at Rendo for the boat, dock and cabin freebies. Render time = 1h 42m 29s Vue 2014 Complete > Photoshop CS5 (for very slight lens blur and signature) Thanks for looking! :)

The scene setup is great, the back mountains are awesome, but the foreground is a bit too empty. Some vegetation would go a long way :)

Totally agree with your comment. I'm squarely laying the blame on the HD lime tree. I did try pretty much all the vegetation models that I have, but none of them would click with the trees. Possibly because of the quality. Whatever the reason, I wasn't happy with whatever vegetation I used in the foreground. Live and learn, I guess :)

Thank you very much, Pete. I think the DA version is better. I always have to reduce the dimensions and quality for posting on here because of the file size limit. hugs
