I love her full lips. Her nose is cute. And her skin texture looks nice overall (I think I see some burnt in specular). The material zones set up on her left hand looks funky... too blue. I'm assuming that's her base skin mat, so you might need to look into the settings on it. Her cheekbones aren't really my thing, but others will like them.
