The tor is steeped in legend as any one will see if they care to look it up on their search engine.
This was taken from a vehicle doing about 40 mph yesterday - I wasn't driving!!!

This was on my list when I visited your great country - but alas I met so many wonderful people and I had not planned for three days in the British Museum. You would think that 6 weeks would have done it. I was there for the 50th anniversary of VE day - the Queen knew how to throw a party!
