I googled the red trimmed circular signs, and it said that means no cars allowed, correct? Just curious, I suppose. It is a nice photo of something else I don't see a lot of in California. Though some areas do have narrow roads, but rarely this extreme. I was also curious, are new buildings required to have the old style look of the rest of the town?
