Description
Would I lie to you?..
Some of Nightshade's rangers gathered around Worfrant's best friend, the dwarf Zhouvalkar.
A fantastic intelligent and entertaining storyteller and salesman, very often the center among both his friends and people they met, only rivaled by Linu le Ann with the divine singing voice..
To the left, the newcomer, Merrick Vale, an unemployed mercenary and former soldier in Korr's* army. Now with prospect to eat every day and company, he joins this colourful individualistic group. And particular one, the half darkelven Marsharpiel Tenno is a good reason more..
Marsharpiel, this beautiful young womann, is Night'shades daughter. Nightshade did not knew about her existence before a couple a years ago. Marsharpiel was at the age of four kidnapped by the evil wizard Bodekar and grew up as one of his favorites and became a very skilled killer and assassin before the age of ten. At seventeen she ran of, sick of the atrocities.
Nightshade helped her to get rid of her hunters and without other possibilities she joined the rangers. Nightshade first knew who she really is after Darkhawk* told him.
Marsharpiel is a bit shy but extreme deadly with the bow, sword or knifes. Often looking serious and expressionles but Merrick manages to get her laugh, often without knowing precise why.
Marsharpiel becomes furious if Merrick call her "Marsha" like her friends do. But whenever Merrick looks at her, he sees her beautiful amber eyes follow him..
In the background the lightelven Elmessiar, a formidable athletic strong fighter and a superior bowman. He is the groups biggest loner. An impressive tall man who derserves his name "Elven Bear". He appears royal and often seen as arrogant without close relations to anybody. For some unknown reasson he hates the orch enemies most.
He respects Nightshades leadership, and in spite of several don't really like him, he takes both responsability and the more dangerous missions.
Right to Elmessiar is Jago, another mysterious member of the group. Unknown past, except he was boxing at markets where his tall almost skinny body with the big hands surprised the opponents. He feels no fear for anything and pain is just an experience as others..ice cold, often lazy appearing but deadly effiency in battles.
Very intelligent, playing and always winning the popular Shalim-zar game* and are able to disappear as a shadow. In some cases, he is Nightshade's right hand and like Elmessiar, he gladly takes any mission..
Last one, far right, Amthar Rashen, blackelven who mainly was the very young Nightshade's mentor. He has known the wizard Pentwahir from hundreds years back and was raised in a human farmer family and married twice human women but when the last one died chose lonelyness. Until he joined the rangers some forty years ago.
Together with the story telling salesman, Zhouvalkar and the ingenious hunter/carpenter Worfrant, Amthar is a part of the "A-team".
As blackelven Amthar's vision is excellent in complete darkness(same for Marsharpiel). With his well targeting bow and moderate temper he is a more than good supplement to his two friends.
This render took some time - all poses, expressions, morphs and lights are my own. But it was fun too, creating some of my characters in my fantasy story, "Sevaril" and its world.
Thanks for comments to my uploads. :o)

This reminds me of the stupided thing I've ever seen or read : imagine the main page of the National Inquirer (the worst paper in the world !)...."sensational ! the skull of Satan has been found in the desert, somewhere in New Mexico..." the picture showed a skull with little horns !!! Excellent image and story.
