Description

Could only find two reference images for this online (and there were lots of inconsistencies between them) so I eyeballed the proportions as best I could. The astronaut is another of Max Grueter's excellent sketchup models.

Wow! This was one of my favorite designs from that era. Designed to be carried into orbit by the shuttle, it would have linked a low earth orbit station to a lunar base. The model looks spot on to the images I've seen, and beautiful modeling!
