A wonderful evocation of a long pier, as the only heavy "accent" in a picture of long water and a deep misty sky. The lone boat at the tip of the pier is a poetic touch; and its shadow---along with the shadows of the other boats---is magical. And you caught the light streaking across the water in the opposite direction from the pier; and the light in the sky feels painted-on, with those misty mountains whispering in the background. I've forgotten to fav, because I'm totally wound-up in the images! So a fav for this whole series: It must have been a beautiful place to be, at the start of the year...
