Description

The small pavilion stands in a park in Bad Homburg / Hessen. He was built in Thailand, brought by ship to Germany and built in this park again. It was a gift of an Thai emperor who was very sick and was recovered in Bad Homburg. That was in 1907. Thanks for viewing.

Lovely colors and texture in this right-down-the-middle capture of the pretty pavilion, Klaus. Interesting about the Thai emperor.

Lovely gift! I really think there is an elegance about the ornate beauty here. I like the way they have made the gardens around it, especially the choice of the two trees up front in red and green.
