Description
On a cold Sunday morning about a year ago, I found a tiny 3-week old kitten on my back deck. She could barely stand, yet was following and trying to play with one of our cats. We had seen an orange stray in the neighborhood, but could not find her after searching high and low - and never saw that stray again.
We bottle-fed the kitten and kept her and her name is birdSnack - though the kids now call her Birdie.
