Description

Squares in Manchester are decorated with these red balls, decorated with tigers,strung through tress and between pots. The weather in Manchester today was simply awful but i thought these decorations worth a shot. two days ago in the sun they looked wonderful...but no camera! Apologies for poor quality... Celebrating the Chinese new year
