Hi, my name is Rich. I was born in 1953 and have lived in San Francisco, CA for 60 years.
For the past few years, I've been busy in another area of my life. I know that I haden't posted during that time and I thank you for all of your comments on my past work. Thank you also for your comments on my most recent posts, as they are very much appreciated.
The versions of Vue that I use are Vue 6 Easel and Vue 7 Fantasy. Neither have any additional Modules. I can only populate one grass object and two tree objects (the Cinnamon tree and the Larch tree which came free with the "Lush Western Mountain Trees" package from C3D), the rest is all done by placing the objects one at a time on the canvas. I manage to make some of my own ground covers (some with flowers) and modify the tree foliage and bark, as well as retexturing or painting any buildings I may use in my scenes. It's quite a challenge having to work with very few options, but it still produces a finished product, one that I can live with and accept, knowing that I've done my best with what I have to work with.
My money goes toward the purchase of any musical instruments and equipment, as opposed to spending it on high-end versions of Vue. But with what versions of Vue I do have, it gets me by and at the same time, I have fun and it does reduce a certain level of stress in my life.—Rich
The gifts that I've been given—Somehow help to keep me sane,
At times when I may struggle—In the depths of all my pain.
You wouldn't know by looking—But it's there in its own way,
And though you might not notice—I still struggle every day.

I am so blessed by your comment Roula and for taking the time to read and appreciate what I had written, thanks! And I'm equally as blessed that you liked the image of the sailing ship! Thank you also, for your encouragement for what awaits me up ahead. I've been there before and this time... I think it's going to be a little bit different. From the direction I'm sensing, it will be interesting to see as it unfolds. I'm looking forward to it and it comes and goes like the waves of the sea. And I still will be commenting here on Rendo when I can and I will let you know how things are going. Thank you for your interests in my Music, Writing and my 3D Artwork. It really makes me feel appreciated!

Beautiful work it reminds me of some of the lyrics from a few Michael Jackson songs, on this theme, you know if only more people would live this way, what a better world we would all live in and leave behind for the future.

Where do I begin Lynell... First off, I want to thank you for taking the time to look and to post a very deep and sincere comment! And to relate it to one of the most influential songwriters of his time, was another reason to appreciate this very well thought out comment you left. And to boldly express the fact that "If more people would live this way, what a better world we would live in" is a desire that a lot of people have and would like to see come to pass. But as we pursue with that goal in mind, that very desire within our hearts, then we too, will be able to make an impact and leave a lasting impression on the lives of those around us. Making their future, one of which will carry on a valuable part of history. Thank you so much Lynell, for your very heartfelt comment.
