After a break I be back on Renderosity to show new captures in my gallery.
I live in Germany in a city what I hate. So I use every possibility to get into nature in which I love to hike and capture landscapes and nature moods.
Mostly I visited Scotland, Norway, Swizzerland and Faroer Islands and I try to bring you close to the special charme of each country.
Hope we see us in the galleries and think around corners 😉

Da kann man nur vermuten es war einmal ein Kreuz. Nettes Bild

Must have been an old cross. Nice shot.

It appears the decay above ground in this case is mirroring what is happening beneath the ground, which perhaps is more natural & fitting than erecting stone monuments which far outlast the decomposition of the bodies below the ground (though I understand why people find that comforting & appropriate). Interesting find & capture - I like the saturated color...

So lonely looking, but still standing. Very nice of you to take the time Rita, for this one who once lived on and roamed this earth.

Such a wonderful photo of all that remains of this simple cross. A shame that time has destroyed it!
