Description

"Squirrel ~ Vertical" Although this image would look more natural in the landscape mode, this squirrel was holding on to the vertical trunk of our maple tree when I took this picture. It is hardly recognizable in this reduced resolution image, but in the original image [~2100x3400 @ 300dpi] the bright spot in the eye of the squirrel is the reflected lens of my camera with my supporting arm showing. My white house is reflected in the lower right part of the eye. I have no idea what caused the effect of the white [frosty] tips on the hair on its tail. It showed up that way in all three original images I took. The image was strongly side-lighted from the back-right. There was no post work other than sizing to meet Ren. restrictions. Thanks for viewing my gallery and your comments.
