Description

These were great!! I steamed broccoli,asparagus, and carrots. Made Velveeta cheese sauce with celery and onions and a can of Rotel tomatoes and green chilies. Put on corn tortilla chips. Yum Yum Yum!!!

Looks delicious Cheryl! I am just starting to create dishes for Cathy who is unable to eat tough steak and so forth. This looks lovely, especially the sauce you created!
