Description
About a month ago, I posted a few photos of a very dry Applegate Lake - so dry that I was able to walk across the bottom of it. This is a photo of Applegate Lake as it looked when at normal water levels a couple of years ago...

Amazing. Nicely done

That looks real nice. We can build a pipeline from Canada to Texas so rich folks can get richer off that Canadian tar sand oil, but we cannot build a pipeline to distribute floodwater from flood ravaged states in the eastern US to drought ravaged states in the west. Somebody's priorities sure are screwed up and they ain't mine.

I don't know why, but whenever I see a body of water the first thing I do is fantasise about what it would look like without water! It's an obsession of mine!!

What a difference some water makes - a beautiful look at Applegate Lake and I like the gnarly wood in the foreground!
