Description

By Laura Biagiotti. This is a pleasant citrusy floral which I quite liked. However when I wore it the other day I had a reaction to it and it brought my skin out in bumps! So it has gone to a friend who does not have the same problem See an unpostworked image Here

Two fine captures, I like the post work on this piece. It's interesting how our bodies react to certain things.. I can eat most nuts but if I ate half brazil nut I would be brown bread in 30 minutes. :-(

Well you've certainly created a liquid atmosphere with this most excellent post work. Fits the name very well.

I thought I would like the postworked image better, but in this case the background of the un-postworked one almost looks lightly postworked too, and I like them both! Citrusy scented? I would like that. I'm not much of a perfume person, perfume and camping doesn't work too well, bugs seem to be attracted to perfumey people, grins.

I had a friend who had skin reactions to Chanel No. 5, and was ribbed about it forever (by her female friends) as if it proved that she was born with "charlatan genes" and therefore couldn't get classy if she wanted to. (I read that Coco Chanel went through a bunch of her friend's fragrances, and said, "I'll take the fifth!" Which made me wonder, what was No. 36? The La Brea Tar Pits? I wanna see the rejects, I wanna see No's 40 thru 109.) Anyway, you took the original shot and made a big looming reflection-cavern from it. Love it. There's your edge work again, with all those topographical lines leading us to the innermost 'peaks', which, in some cases, are hot white. It looks like you left the bottles mostly untouched---I see some postwork, but it's subtle---but with the reflections, you went to town, breaking-up the surroundings into continents and reefs; and I always love your color schemes: In clothing, they often call this "tonal" (staying in the range of a single hue); but here you have several tonal ranges---some grayish blues, some olive-grays and greens, and you got some pink in there too (!). Love it. It looms. Beautiful variation on your endlessly creative perfume shots. (I'm tellin' ya, you could make a book of these, and I'd be your first customer. I just love this series.)
