The long text version is the .frs, just read by a text editor. You can remove the gradient portion(which is the longest part) and just post that or post the whole text in a Forum thread if you want. The only other way is to Zip the .FRS file itself or several Spot files and submit it to the Freebies Section for placement in the Fractal freebies.
