I think this is a good construct. The texturing is good except that I don't quite believe the pipes coming out of the tank (going in?) The texture kind of ruins the look. Maybe if you made the texture less noticable. Make it almost a solid gray, with small patches of rusty colors and a slight bump. Right now, the pipes looked like someone tried to paint them while they were hot.
The rest of the tank is excellent. This would look nice in an isometric game.
