Description

folk costumes (klederdracht or dracht in dutch) of our 'island' Walcheren. wondering if he knows how his necktie should be tied. looks odd and it's under his arms. (a jacket is also part of the costume). he seemed very aware of the camera while driving. the shape of that golden bling under his chin, called the 'Zeeland knob', some say '-button', is really hot nowadays! there is a horse on the other end of these ropes ;-) TYallSM for your wonderful comments (& fav.s!) on previous pics!!

Terrific capture of the folks riding in their horse and buggy, Angie. I've never seen this costumery. All I know about Dutch clothing are the sabots they wear.
