very good, although to me the black bars near the window look too dark, making it look slightly "cartoony" i'd advise bumping up the specular levels a bit.

really nice. . .I like the textures. Lighting is very, very even. . .there's a strong shadow on the ground, which suggests that the light is going to be reflected back at the facade, this means it should pick up some variety from whatever its bouncing off of. . .this is a case to think about "fake" radiosity-- the number, color and type of reflective light sources in the scene. . .
