Description
Although I love what I do, create images for other people's books and stories, I try to do an image just for me/my folio about once every three - six months. Actually, I am discovering I HAVE to do a few 'just because'. Something in me takes hold, and I can't think on my commissioned work until I finish it.
Luckily, I get my own images done somewhat faster than I can get commissioned work done. It probably has to do with the fact that I don't have to take the time to get into someone elses head; the 'story' is already in my head itching to get out.
The image pops into my head quite suddenly. Then I have to bring to get it out within a relatively short timeframe, or I get grumpy ... lol.
Well, let me know what you think. I'm still sorta new to the sci-fi genre, as far as my images are concerned (I usually read fantasy but watch sci-fi films). I tend to gravitate toward fantasy, but my mental eye seems to be shifting ... Looking forward to your feedback. :D

Nice fantasy scene : hope we could think to a future like this one, where all will (re)work with the wind. The answer is also there... ...in the wind.

An excellent title for this creation. Wonderful contrast between the futuristic tower and the old sailing ships and primitive lighter than airships. I also like the flying houseboat and whatever is coming in from the left background sky??? Very nicely done!
