Description

February 11 2014 at the beach. We are very lucky in Bournemouth not to have suffered with the appalling flooding which is causing so much suffering. The promenade appears to be holding up too, and that is what protects the cliffs from attack. I am very pleased with the TZ25:it doesn't overexpose like my other TZ's. I shall see how it does with macro soon. See another Here

Definately wild looking. All the best to those who are under the threat of flooding. May everyone survive the onslaught.

I love wild water ( but not the awful flooding as so many in your country suffer now) but this image is awesome

WOW! real power here, It's a wonder we don't harness it instead of the useless wind turbines eh?

A terrific shot, Andrea. Most wild, with also the mist of water spray. It's such a sharp image with beautiful colors in it. I think it's a perfect camera, but okay, you're also a good photographer, huh? I'm so sorry for the people who have to suffer by the flood in England, and this already for so long.

Terrific exposure and subtle contrast in this pic of the waves pounding Durley Beach, A. And I'm waiting in great anticipation for your Tizzy25 macros.

A wonderful capture of the beautiful but sometimes cruel sea. I was up Ilfracombe today (12th and there were 30' waves coming over the walls, there were sandbags at every doorstep in that area... I'm about four miles from there. All this rain and heavy winds is seeing a higher level of fallen tree's across roads and various lanes and so forth. Great capture here. Wish I had my camera today but it was an unscheduled visit.

The crashing waves and high spray makes this an excellent photo BUT I am a sucker for sea foam and the low POV of the crashing wave over on FlickR! Two spectacular Tizzy25 photos!!!!!!!
