Description
I have a large walnut tree outside my window. It is raining hard and I noticed movement. Sir had been collecting walnuts and was just breaking into one. Even though it's a double glazed window I thought there might just be a shot. There was, and this is it. Seconds later he dropped the nut and took off looking for it.
Just shows, you've gotta be quick with squirrels.

It's a very clear shot for being taken through a windows. You've done well. I love the intensity on a squirrels face when they are breaking into their food. Such focus.

For anyone interested, I used a Canon 40D,with 80-200mm 'L' type lens at f4. Might have been better had I been outside/ Can't beat the L lenses for critical sharpness when it matters. However, like I always say, it ain't the camera, it's the clown holding it. The lens just finishes the job off. This was hand held with anti-shake activated. rat.
