Welcome to my Home Page!
I have been working with computers since I was 13, and have always been amazed and interested in 3D computer graphics and Games. I have tried several times to make 3D pictures but the software and hardware were just too confusing and or too time consuming. Then many years ago I discovered Poser 5 and worked with this for awhile even upgraded to Poser 6, I lost interest for awhile (several years) , cause I still could not get the level of realism or detail that I was striving for. Then one day I was browsing through some of my old links and came across DAZ and discovered the New Victoria4.I downloaded DAZ Studio again and really liked the improvements they had made. I have been buying more stuff then I have time to use but I'm enjoying it a lot.I like working in DS because I have an easier time finding things in the content browser and I find it easier to move and manipulate figures in DAZ. and you get a better idea of what the final scene will look like (WYSIWYG)the lighting is a lot easier to manipulate and tweaking poses is quite a bit easier!I just recently started posting but I'm very pleased about all the great feedback I'm getting and have met several nice people on this site. The picture above is the very first render I ever made!n Thanks for your interest and May your Renders be fast and flawless! Thank you for visiting my gallery and feel free to comment good or bad on any pictures you see posted!
Note::::If by chance something offends you please due me the courtesy of notifying me before going and listing a complaint with Admin. I am Human and do make mistakes in setting up the warnings from time to time! I will then rectify the problem ASAP thank you!

Chris, this presentation is beyond cool and as always I enjoyed the story behind the image.

Cool cool cool cool. The little side comments are awesome-- makes it less of a David Drake-ish parts listing and more like it could be dialog from a (very tech oriented) character. Except for the lasers, the camouflage textures are quite effective. Then again, LASERS!!! Yup, I don't get the small numbers on full screen views. Sometimes you don't get the full effect of the image until you go fullscreen. And in some cases, you can miss the point of the work completely.

Hmm, so the strat would be to get in close, have the MW-APG activate and fry the Borg handler with the EMP pulse. Or just fight in the bogs where they would sink with that much armor load. Also, the lasers are pretty much useless in ground fog. :) Sorry..sometimes my brain gets hard wired into small unit tactics mode. There has got to be a way for the rebels to bring them down! But then again, it could just be a boy out walking his dog in the park :) Excellent work!

BORGS have Microwave Shielding to protect themselves and it is only used when the DOG has no other alternative to eliminate the enemy like a Burn everything on the battlefield mode. The lasers are only used for tracking and target Acquisition. Anyway it is just a story!!!

Okay .. guessing the bigger is the Borg, and the little is the D.O.G. I think the Borg's texture should be on the D.O.G. as well (is that the Mech?) That sort of Camo texture is much better then the shiny surface on the little guy. Shiny sticks out like a sore thumb and makes a perfect target (: Sorry to say, my brain freezes over and my eyes get glazed when I try to read all that technical stuff (kinda like reading a how to build an engin manual), grins, so that's why I'm guessing what's what. You do a good job though with your story. I think, giggles.
