Description

Here is my clafoutis recipe. This is the original clafoutis recipe (i.e. with cherries), but one can substitute any fruit / fruit combo for cherries. This is very simple to make and delicious... do give it a try. If you don't like cherries (or they are out of season) try with other fruit like blueberry, banana, date, strawberry, peach...

Oh my, this recipe looks quite easy and delicious--Many thanks for sharing, J-L. It seems Americans like their sugar and tend to use it to excess. And I won't even get into that crap, High Fructose Corn Syrup, that is in practically everything...No wonder there are so many Americans that are such fat little toadies.
