Geschickt montiert ( oder 'genäht' ?)... Der Baustil ist etwas ... eklektizistisch. So eine Art Genre-mix aus Neo-Barock, Pseudo-Gotik und frühem Industrie-Zeitalter... Gründerzeitalter bis 1910?

Ja, ich denke, dass Du recht hast. Hier gibt es eine Menge Gebäude aus der Zeit um 1900.
