Description
I had to produce a ' Primary colours only ' pic for Flickr, and this is a more exciting postworked version of the original.
Both items in use at four days out of seven most weeks: I do 36 lengths, 1/2 mile each time, so I aim for 2 miles a week. Very relaxing!

I'm at a loss to what "cossy and float" are too. But hey, it could be worse, it could all be in a language I don't understand at all! especially love the textures in the red

Spectacular combination of colors in this one Andrea. I use a huge orange 'noodle' to hold me up in the pool. I hang vertically while simulating cross country skiing. It also works for jumping jacks. Sort of a no impact exercise!
